WORK WITH ME
I'm a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) with ACC accreditation from the ICF (International Coach Federation.) I'm also an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) and a CTS (Core Transition Specialist).
I'm often called positive, compassionate, and passionate. I'm also tough. I demand a lot of my clients because I believe in them and want them to create their dream lives. (Yes, that means there's homework.)
If you're ready to do the work to first see and then create the change you want, and if you want to partner with someone who will both challenge and support you, keep reading....
I work exclusively as a career transition coach.
All of my work is virtual. I have clients in the US, Canada, and UK.
Given my own career changes and my work with my clients, I know what it takes to make a thoughtful career change. (I know what's important to consider, as well as what to avoid.)
I've carefully developed a career transition program that'll help you to look at everything that's important in making a career change.
I'll also help you side-step some of the common pitfalls.
That's the advantage of working with a career coach.
What would it be like to know that your next step is in the "right" direction.
At the end of this coaching process, you'll have the clarity and confidence to know exactly what you want to do next.
I offer group coaching twice a year, with virtual sessions in the spring and fall.
Just like the one-on-one programs, my group coaching includes the ELI assessment and debrief. It includes a combination of group and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Each group is limited to four people. Participants enjoy the support of a small group, while also getting plenty of personalized coaching.
If you're interested in group coaching, let me know. I'll notify you before the next round is open for registration.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
I believe in this coaching process and have seen how it has helped all of my clients. That's why I'm totally comfortable offering a money-back guarantee for any of my coaching programs.
I get that it can feel like a big investment to sign up for an extended program with someone you've only talked to for an hour. I want to remove that feeling of it being a big risk.
If you're not satisfied with your experience with me after two sessions, just ask ask for your money back. It's that simple.
**Note: The money-back guarantee applies only to one-on-one clients enrolled in full coaching programs.** (In order for group coaching to be successful, it's important that the participants commit to the length of the process and to each other.)
WHY CHOOSE COACHING?
Coaching has a different role than counseling or therapy.
- Coaching is future-focused. While it can be important to consider past experiences to understand what's going on now, the goal of coaching is to help you move forward to where you want to be.
- Coaches ask strategic questions to help you figure out what's best for you.
- Coaches hold you accountable for taking steps towards what you really want.
- Coaching is a short-term process that provides long-term results. Coaching empowers you with new tools, skills, and perspectives that will help with your specific goal, as well as in your overall life.
Have you been wanting to make a change for a while? Are you still in the same place? Partnering with a career coach can help you to start living a fabulous life instead of just dreaming about it.

"Sheila really listened to me - she really got to know me. And every session, homework assignment, or response from her was personally crafted to help lead me to a discovery. She pulled, very specifically, from her wealth of knowledge and vast array of resources, to hand deliver content to me, week after week. At the very same time - she also pushed me, held me accountable, and challenged me. It's been invaluable having someone like that in my corner, helping me THROUGH the changes - past the intellectual understanding of a concept and into the actual, real life implementation of it."

"Coaching with Sheila was one of the best things that I could have done for myself. I feel like I've come away with tools that are tangible, useful, and extremely effective at navigating the challenges of life. I especially appreciated the study of energy levels. I always appreciated that Sheila was accepting, loving, non-judgmental, and insightful without ever making me feel like I was "wrong" or "bad." Sheila's love for what she does is very apparent; she coaches with passion, with kindness, with great insight, and with an ultimate goal of making your life a better one."
